Birel is known in part for having many chassis options, which at first seems confusing, but later is one of the many advantages of the brand. Regardless of what you are racing, Birel has a kart that works excellent in your application. Remember, deciding on a chassis is effort you will spend just once, but you'll see the reward every time you race it! If it seems like a lot to figure out, call for recommendations. That's what we're here for!
B-25
The B25 is Birel's chassis for the Kid Kart market. Using 25mm tubing, the B25 is built to the same exacting standards as the World Championship winning karts. Complete with Comer 50 engine, seat, magnesium wheels, and tires - this kart is ready to run right off the showroom floor! Mechanical disc brakes are used to give the young drivers better pedal feel. Best of all, as part of the Motorsports package, the leather wrapped steering wheel and anodized accessories make the kart look like a champions'.
L-28
AR-28
R-31 / CR31
The CR31 is the 125cc shifter version of the R31 chassis. The C series karts add front brakes, clutch handle, and shifter linkage as well as use a 10° spindle vs. the 12° spindles on 100cc karts.
R-32 / CR-32
The CR32 is the 125cc shifter version of the R32 chassis. The C series karts add front brakes, clutch handle, and shifter linkage as well as use a 10° spindle vs. the 12° spindles on 100cc karts.
Monza
The Monza is Birel's more affordable chassis line. By not advertising or supporting a race team, pricing can be kept much lower than other chassis. Like a Birel, Freeline components are used throughout including the axle and "C" style brakes. The 125cc version includes clutch handle, shift lever, and front braking system. The 100cc kart is available with 40mm or 50mm axle.
